Help & FAQ

Role guides

For engineers: create a project, upload or receive images, run analysis, review detections with A/R shortcuts, place damages on the drawing, then generate and submit the report for approval.
For admins: create the organization, invite members with roles, approve reports, and share them with facility owners.
For uploaders: open your assigned project, pick the zone, and drag in the images. Failed files can be retried; interrupted uploads resume.
For viewers: reports shared with you appear under 'Shared with me'. Download is available when allowed.

FAQ

What is AeroView?

AeroView analyzes drone-captured images with AI to detect cracks on bridges and facilities, maps them onto drawings, and generates inspection reports.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. The demo project on the Demo page is available without signing up.

Which file formats can I upload?

JPG and PNG images up to 100MB each. Uploads are chunked and can resume after a network interruption.

Are AI results final?

No. Every AI detection carries a confidence score and must be reviewed by an engineer before it is included in a report.

What if my images have no distance information?

Without GSD (distance) input, measurements are shown in pixels and clearly marked as not calibrated.

Who can see our data?

Data is isolated per organization. Only members and explicitly invited viewers can access your projects.

Which report formats are supported?

Reports export to PDF and DOCX, in English or Korean, with metric or imperial units.

Can I compare inspection rounds?

Yes. Damages from two rounds of the same facility are matched on the same drawing coordinates to track changes.

How do drone operators upload photos?

Invite them with the uploader role. They can upload images to assigned projects but cannot modify review results.

How is billing handled?

Plans and usage are shown in organization settings. Billing is currently handled through a contact request.
